Are there weird cases anything close to this? I hope not. I thought it was only biological fathers who could be sued for child support. And though I know they’re rare, shout out to single dads who probably couldn’t get child support from shitty moms, even if they needed it.

Ok, only case that would make any sense for that is if adoption were involved, if they guy adopted the kids then maybe(?) odd are very high in the situation described the case would be laughed out of court as zero lawyers with any sense would accept it. As far as single dad getting child support, I do when she pays it, and that's only a pathetic $290/month and she barely pays it, sometimes waiting until she gets a warning letter before bothering to. The system is definitely not in fatherly favor at all.

Simply put I work my tail off to provide for my kid (even in failing mental and physical health) while the "mother" sits on her ever expanding tail and b*tches on facebook like a scalded Karen.
