It's either an invitation to sexual dalliance a veiled threat, an invitation to buy something on sale, or an invitation to buy a spinner that's been specifically built for you and waiting for you in a warehouse somewhere, after having beaten the gate keeper, a riddle from a wisened old crone, and defeated the Dragon of Aithar, to be able to claim your prize.
I'm not sure which one to be more concerened about.
