Exhausting. You smoke that much and your head just feels all messed up.

Seriously, this will result in a sort of tolerance that you never really get high any more. Which is what might lead to other, more risky substances. Not recommended.
Very correct, I smoke about 2-3 time a day with a 1 month down time and it does me well. Some of my most intense headaches came from smoking to much in one day.

One should take it down a notch when they don't get high _every_ time they use.
that's from the sheer amount of coughing, not the weed. You actually can physically rattle your own brain through coughing.

I beg to differ. Most daily weed smokers can just stop it if there's a good reason to do so. Same with most people who drink alcohol every day. An addiction should not not defined by frequency of use but by what happens if the user stops all of a sudden. The word addiction is used too often to describe a pattern of consumption which is different from what the beholder thinks is a sane or safe use. Don't get me wrong: i know there are people heavily addicted to cannabis use, and as there are many. many users, there are many people who have a problem with it. But they are the people the public is aware of. Many people would be very astonished to know who around them is a daily toker and would never guess.
There is a difference; you can easily stop smoking weed whenever the hell you want unless you have a psychological addiction... if you stop the pills, depending on the pills you might die.. and there are multiple paths that lead to death... from advil to anti-psychotics. Weed is just.. sorta there.. literally no reason to ob-seesh over it, it's that fucking nice.

Psychological addiction and physical addiction often are pretty much the the same actually. It's the same body's own chemicals that cause the good and - in case of habituation/addiction and withdrawal - bad effects of drugs. The potential of getting psychologically addicted to cannabis is probably the same or lower than with any other drug, The consequences are so much less severe though, it's ridiculous. Most other drugs have an additional risk of causing a physical addiction, so in reverse conclusion, cannabis is probably the least potentially harmful recreational drug there is.
