LGBTQA+
Sorry just aces are almost always forgot in that group and many of us are told many times by others in the group we are not part of that group because no sex is not a sexuality but we are so there *blows raspberries* pbbbt
Just LGBT or LGBT+ will be enough
I'm pansexual and people can't even tell the difference from that and bisexual but whatever.
Just let the + does the rest
Yeah, well when certain ones are excluded and told that having no sexual attraction just makes them a "prude",and then not mentioning them at all, really doesn't help.
I'm not asexual, but I'll be damned if I won't defend them.
I have had gay and even transgender people tell me to my face that being Asexual isn’t real and that I just haven’t had good sex yet.
People who I was hoping to be allies turn on me claiming I just need a good fucking to set me right.
To both them I told them the same thing and I got called an asshole bitch and homophobic. They claimed it isn’t the same thing and I choose to be ace
BITCH YOU THINK I LIKE THIS!?!?
You think I wouldn’t love to get all gushy when my husband gives me flowers?
Or get the urge to give him a special wink and whisper wait till the kid is in bed?
It tears me apart knowing when I look at him and I know for a fact I love this man yet I can’t express my love the same way everyone else can.
And than to be told to my face by the exact group who is supposed to be greeting me with open arms that I am not real that what I feel is fake is just a slap to the face.
So damn them I am part of this community and I will not step aside.
You tell 'em Mrscollector!
Asexuals are just as important as any of us, they're not broken, they're not "just inexperienced" or any of that, they're valid as fuck.
I'm no more important because I'm part of the 'main' acronym than anyone not included is, but normalising using the slightly more extended one hurts *nobody*.
