It's very interesting to see 'Kraftkar' on this map, it's made by Tingvollost, which is about 1 hours drive from where I live

Sigh. They have "hushållsost" (household cheese) on Sweden. It tastes like wax. All the others are good though.

Yeah, but even our good cheeses tastes like wax compared to most European cheeses. Even the English have better cheese.

I respectfully disagree. There is room in my heart (and arteries) for ALL the cheese. I mature grevé or västerbotten is fantastic!
