Honestly, people should talk about unrealistic standards for men more often. There are actual people out there who think that actors from Hollywood look ripped and shredded all the damn time when they prepare for weeks for just one scene or even one shot in the entire movie.

Well said! Not to mention Thor who was closed to organ failure due to dehydration to appear more ripped... Humans who look just like random humans should get more screen time and actors shouldn't be treated like this.
Remember that iconic Wolverine scene? Hugh Jackman had starved and dehydrated himself for 30 hours to lose 10 pounds of water weight. He was constantly on the verge of passing out and they still filmed that entire scene.
