If people wanting higher wage like that wait long enough the companies will be forced to pay new hires with no experience the same as CEO. I already do the work of 6 people in my position and it just makes me respect Wally from Dilbert comics much more for his ability to abate being fired for being indispensable.
Go find a new position at some place that will pay you the same and let your boss grieve the lost skill that comes with working at the same place for a while.
Every hour I work for state of TX, is an hour they pay towards retirement. I can full retire in 13 years or less if keep getting promoted and buy years just prior.
Only real downside is the hats I have to wear. Boss is an ass-hat, his assistant is a half-assed-hat. Couple of other people use their hats for cereal bowls, and some wear helmets for safety when what they need is a good hard knock up the side of the head.
I had in mind our own system where every employer pays towards retirement
