This doesn't sound like the conversation that precedes that kind of arrangement, so if that's the case I hope to hell this guy was careful as hell because he would be entirely on the hook should she decide she's a strong independent lesbian who wants child support now, and/or won't let him see the kid. Not to mention kids need male figures in their life, but there's no proof she doesn't have a guy who would fit that bill around, so that's somewhat moot.

Whether OP identifies as male or not, a penis is male anatomy, so that's a moot point in terms of a lesbian wanting dick being counterintuitive
