two rem cycles; a nap for a 3rd if feeling funky. Problem is I can't just fall asleep; it can easily take me 2 hrs of just sorta laying there before I drift away.. and then I have lucid dreaming so I can't tell when the switch happened; that comes when either I cannot fly around in my dreams or get stuck in what feels like quicksand; which isn't quick at all... it's like a tar pit. That last bit usually happens when I'm thinking about basketball; I think about how I'd win a game without moving or putting up a j; it leads me to really focus on my defense. This is how i weakened my back it could be broken twice; I would let people slam into me off pick and rolls, usually putting them on the ground while I'd just stand there. There's no rule you have to fall over, as long as you are in position taking a charge is taking a charge.
