Just curious as I'm not a history nerd, how many of them actually declared wars and how many only continued them from their predecessor? Because those two are arguably two quite different things.
That said, in principle I do agree with the point of the post, women aren't always inherently peaceful and men aren't inherently warmongers. I'm just asking out of curiosity.
Far from a full list, but (according to wikipedia), 1 war was started during Thatcher's term in office (the Falklands War), and a LOT of wars were started during Queen Victoria's term in office (I counted 46, and I have no idea what most of them are).

These women were the one powerful female each in their time, surrounded by men. Pretty much the only two powerful women confronting each other were Queen Elizabeth I and Maria Stuart, Queen of Scotland, and their conflict was settled in court. While I don't believe all women are inherently peaceful (there's a radically hostile counter-example right here in this lovely place *lol*) based on my professional business experience women in a position of power are usually more cooperative, less ego-driven and more aware and respectful of the greater good for everyone involved than most men in comparable places.
