Yes! Sorry, it's from Lokasenna - the poem where Loki bitches to and about the gods. He repeats that phrase Þegi þú (pronounced theggee - thoo) multiple times, telling the gods to shut up one by one. I use it and ruder Old Norse phrases at work when people are annoying me.
