That is Canary from Hunter x Hunter. She was one of Killuias butlers. I double checked to make sure it wasn't Krone from Promised Neverland.
I like how it's unanimously agreed Piccolo is black. It takes like one episode to easily figure that out, while i could never figure out if Freiza was a guy a girl, trans, or an morph between all 3... or like a lil asian test tube baby.
