The debate was about how to save energy in order to live more environmentally friendly (and also prepare for a shortage of gas in Germany this winter)
Baden-Württembergs green party Minister-President Winfried Kretschmann talked about some measures he takes in his own life in order to save energy, and also said something along the lines of "You don't have to shower all the time, a washrag is a useful invention".

There's also a serious drought in Europe, possibly the worst in 2000 years, so saving water is becoming a priority.

Yep, the drought has become so severe that the hunger stones can be seen and read again.

coat yourself in chlorine powder every 3 days and let your sweat do the work... and use wine or vodka or even oil to wash your hands after your bum does the poo thing.

We could curb the population, 7 billion people filled with like 90% water and using it for stupidity isn't exactly good management.
