they really do. they are hinge that fixes to swing in only one singular arc, with almost no room for deviation from that arc, and any significant pressure on either side of the knee while under almost any amount of weight or strain will cause significant and almost completely irreparable damage to it. If you’re in a bad fight for your life kind of situation, if you have a shot at the knees, it is one of the best ways to put a guy down and make sure he stays down. in the movies when a guy gets kicked in the knee, and he limps for a minute but then gets back in a fight, there is zero truth in that. Those kinds of kicks in the knee will destroy the knee completely, nearly pulverizing the joint, and will put the guy down for good.
God’s creations are beautiful and perfect but there are some things that don’t make sense, like nipples on a man, balls on the outside, and freaking knees.
I always loved that knee kicking thing. Like how someone in a movie will step on broken glass or something and then be running around twenty minutes later.
@party05 balls are outside to keep them a bit cooler than the body temperature, nipples are on men cause of them developing earlier than sexual characteristics and it's evolution not god's creation
I destroyed my knees with exercise when I was younger, so the great part of it is that, I used to be really fit because I would exercise for hours. Now because my knees are shit, I can barely exercise, so I've put on weight and my legs aren't as strong. Which makes my knees hurt.
Are you able to exercise in a pool?
I have a disabled family member who goes to a community pool for exercise because of balance issues. It has really helped a lot because the water provides enough resistance to train muscles with the resistant hat hurts joints.
I know it’s not an option for everyone, but if you haven’t tried, it might be a good option.
Pools aren't really an option. I shouldn't say I don't get any exercise, I deliver for Amazon so every few minutes I pick up a box and walk it to someone's house before driving to my next stop. But things like jogging, heavy weightlifting, biking, are all right out.
