I mean- it could be both… or she could just have breasts like that- though the last one is highly unlikely, whichever is the case just goes to show how it’s important to be respectful of people as we don’t necessarily have all the details and may unnecessarily touch on peoples sensitivities. They could also be a morph and as such look that way. Though it is fairly common to find, especially among “fitness models” or “fit models” breast implants since the fact and chest tend to be the first places fat begins to be visibly lost. A “model fit” figure often involves single or low double digit body fat and thusly it is mostly genetic outliers who can have both body fat that low and fat in the chest sufficient to fill out larger or even “average” sized bra cups.
I won’t speak on specialization or body image issues and simply say that between a general concept of assault femininity revolving around at least some degree visible breast development and the fact that women’s clothing is often..
.. designed and cut with a certain assumption to the presence of secondary sex characteristics like fatty tissue in the chest, some women do make such decisions and it is for previously stated reasons somewhat common among models and fitness enthusiasts who prioritize aesthetics. Again, not to explore the entire issue of social body image standards, or is the case that some women in some combination of conditioning or social pressure or self image and aesthetic preference seek out implants. There are certain mathematical formulas that do tend to dictate what proportions and shapes etc. humans are most likely to find appealing. Some of that is cultural or individual but on the whole there does seem to be some observable patterns etc. in preferences and for example- between men and women the body shapes of women are generally found to be more aesthetically pleasing than of men- men tending to be more square in structure generally and women more rounded.
Lastly- I will briefly touch on sexuality and commoditization where again- side stepping detail of body image and society- we can say that for those hoping to be noticed or attempting to capitalize on their appearances and/or sexual appeal, there are certain things that tend to generally increase marketability and success across a larger demographic. Simply put- if one desires to make money by using sexuality, emphasizing or enhancing their sexuality to a specific market is usually a faster and easier ticket than attempting to change the market preferences or social dynamics.
There often are individual anatomical or physiological considerations in such procedures- it may be difficult or impossible to achieve certain results as peoples skin heals differently and so forth. Finances and surgical skill are a factor as well, there are many types of implant and many ways to proceed. One can under fill or overfill, go above or blow the muscle, have various reconstruction or additional related work, use saline or silicone or other materials and even among materials there are different types and shapes and designs of implants. The selection of implant and the size and the patient and other factors can influence what the final appearance and behavior or feeling of the implant are. So beyond these factors and within them there is personal aesthetics.
Some people want to have an implant that looks as natural and inconspicuous as possible. Others want breasts that appear and/or behave as natural save perhaps being of a size that is dubiously natural. Conversely some people actually want their implants to stand out as obviously not natural. They either have a desire to make it obvious and known they have implants or they may just like the shape and appearance or the way their figure looks.
Of course one can also use various methods of “padding” or “fake” breasts that are not implanted at all, some involve special bras to accomplish this while others involve simply wearing a bra which is oversized and placing material inside the bra to make the cups appear full.
The position on the chest and overall shape could easily be a naturally larger chest which is being supported by a stiff sports or shaping bra with or without padding too. So the many toes of implants mean not all will be high on the chest but….
