And apes are distant cousins as well. And they didn't know that, apparently. Same kind of informed inquiry as wondering how real earth warming can be when it's snowing outside.

Of course, we have coffee every couple of days to catch up on each others lives and make the cleaning schedule. I suppose I could ask them if they've seen the Homo floresiensis.
