Lol. I was going to say that I prefer work to school vastly in that I’ve generally had more flexibility on work than school and you tend to have much more latitude in dealing with your peers or not beyond the daily business. I grew up poor so I can’t say that asides very early childhood before I had such concepts that I can recall never having to worry about bills or getting by, but the idea of feeling like you have a safety net and don’t have to be responsible for everything seems appealing, though the most safety net and stability I ever knew in life came well after I’d was an adult and was from my career and making prudent decisions in my finances to avoid experiencing my childhood as an adult or subjecting my own children to it.
So I’m on team adult here.
That said I get that this is a joke and I snorted. It’s relatable. Especially when you have those moments as an adult where you have all this freedom and money that you maybe didn’t as a kid and you are doing your weekly grocery shopping again on a Saturday and spending time and money on all this boring adult stuff instead of toys and games and fun. Lol.
That's you.
That's what you sound like.
So I’m on team adult here.
