Like when you walk by someone homeless or just anybody really, you have no idea what has happened in their life. It could be the most terrible things and we just walk right past them, never knowing a thing.

To be committed is when someone is admitted to a psychiatric center or a hospital. They've broken down mentally and need help as in that poor mans case. I've never been committed so I don't know how it works though, sorry.

Wait, he killed them... in the US. Shouldn’t he have gotten the death sentence? Oh wait he raped them too, well then it was probably their fault for wearing such short clothing
