When people saw this movie, they only payed attention to the awesome super hero violence action pew pew stuff (which ROCKED!!). But scenes like this are rarely put into these movies. It's nice to see some history implemented into this fiction movie. And this scene is actually very strong if you are familiar with what Hitler did...
I was surprised at how many people missed that, especially since Captain America busted in a moment later, saving this amazing man's life, and referenced Hitler in connection to Loki ("You know, the last time I was in Germany and saw a man standing above everybody else, we ended up disagreeing").
I don't know. I always admire a revolution when it's shown with the power of words. Even silent, unspoken words. Personally, I'm a V for Vendetta fan which is probably why I find that amazing and why I love this scene. It's just absolute perfection. :)
More like Captain Cunt.
