No, I said already: 73 congressmen got butt hurt about a law they didn't like and despite 42 attempts in two years to have it repealed, dispute the fact that the Supreme Court has declared it constitutional... They have shut down the government to have a childish tantrum to "defund" it... even though shutting down the government won't actually defund the law they got butthurt over.
