Well I'm not sure if it's the same where you are, but I usually see them in the dollar store. They sell them in bulk whenever Halloween comes around.

Same reson there is a purple candy in the pink section and a yellow candy in the white section

You aren't OCD. There is yellow candy in the green section. You are simply a person who says 'I'm OCD' to add some dimension to your personality. Real OCD is terrible to live with.
