Okay fine I was just trying to justify, the Simpson's fucked up, and we never noticed.
No the fifth one is the episode where Bart becomes a hall monitor and is investigating where all the teachers books went so they did fuck up on that episode, and the toaster one is the tree house of horror episode where homer makes a time traveling toaster and I you look at the second toaster you will see the additional part he added to the toaster. So that is not a fuck up.
