I love my sons nickname for my grandmother...Her name is Nola. So one day my son is going through all these names, "Gramma Nola, Grammy Nola, Gra...nola.....GRANOLA!" It cracks me up :^)

At first I was like "what?!" But They charged them because the woman had a C-section, and they had to bring in an additional nurse to make sure she could safely hold the baby while the doctor and other nurse sewed her up. They don't charge you with a vaginal birth.

I took my son to his read-a-thon party a couple weeks ago and he was running around playing games, so I decided to play some games on my phone. I'm like 3 minutes into an airhockey game and of course this little kid comes out of nowhere and is just staring at me. I asked if he likes airhockey and he just nods. Then I asked if he wanted to play vs me and he nods ecstatically. It was adorable lol So I put it on 2 player and we played for just a couple minutes before he noticed my DC Heros vs Villains book and asked me to read it to him. It was a nice time :)

Omg My aunt lets her bird roam around everywhere, which is good for the bird, but she's gotten used to bird poop being everywhere and doesn't really notice it anymore or she doesn't care, and it's really f*ing gross when I go visit her and there's bird crap in the silverware drawer or multiple droppings crusted onto the couch x_x

This always annoys my son so much. I'm blind in one eye and he'll tell me "that would be ssooo weird to see half black" and I always tell him "I don't see half black, I just see nothing....like I only have one eye." Then he sits there trying to imagine what nothing looks like "I can't imagine nothing! I just imagine black!" He gets so frustrated lol

When my son was a newborn I was shocked at how many people wanted to know his birth weight and length...not just family, but random admirers in stores. To me that information wasn't terribly important so it just never stuck in my mind, and people always gave me the strangest looks when I told them "I don't remember"

As part of an xmas gift, my aunt got me some adult good job stickers. They say "I did my taxes!", "Yay! I got out of bed!", "I did the laundry! :)", ect. My favorite is "I was brave at my pap smear!" with a smiling set of ovaries lol
