Two million people is more than the population of Wyoming, Vermont, New Mexico, Maine, North Dakota, Alaska, Delaware, South Dakota, Montana, New Hampshire, Hawaii, West Virginia, or Alaska. That's not an insignificant amount of people. There are boroughs of New York that have more people than some states.

I used to work in hospitality, and by far the worst guests were the Diamond or Platinum members, the big spenders who felt like because they travel 200 days a year they suddenly have the right to be a complete bellend. What they are never told though is that the workers at the hotel can call Hilton and inform them that their high rolling guest is harassing staff, and if enough complaints are filed, the company can pull their status.
