The thing is though, some mushrooms also won't kill you for like 3 days so you need to give one to them, wait 3 days then see if it was actually the mushroom that killed them in the first place and not dehydration, insect bite, spontaneous combustion

Everyone is getting in such a shitfest over this. Do you really think people do this? No, no they don't. They make up posts like this for fake internet points. It's either entirely fake or they wrote the message but didn't actually lace them with something (chilli, laxatives, drugs).

The person who made the image is either trying to imply that they are a customer called Noah and that somehow, people spell his/her name wrong so they went to the restaurant Noah's hoping that the people there would spell it right but they still didn't or, the cashier's name is Noah and the restaurant can't even spell it's own name

are you sure that things get removed from one person writing it in the comments or one person flagging it? That seems a bit extreme. They might be removed for another reason or actually are reposts
