We can't place the blame on just the Asian countries, a lot of the trash spread by them is shipped there by more developed countries that want the trash taken off of their hands. Currently, we have to stop producing more plastic, recycle what we have, and regulate the quality of any plastics produced in order to reduce microplastics.
