The list is far from complete and mostly only spans the issues since covid started. They haven't even touched on what was going on prior to that [compelled speech, attempts to make it legal for any police office to enter your home without a warrant if they so much as suspected you'd had a drink before driving or if there was a gun on the premise), SNC-Lavalin, etc]
.
.
The main thing you need to know about Canada is that our current leader has said he admires the dictatorship in China.
.
Because the violation of its citizens has allowed China's economy to grow and edge them toward being "greener."
.
That's who Trudeau is, and that's what his goal has been. A dictatorship like China. And he's gotten horrifyingly close to achieving it.

And they're not racists or white supremacists.
.
They're not violent or extremists.
.
They're not desecrating statues (one incident so far involving a Canadian flag and a cardboard sign saying "mandate freedom" put on Terry fox that were quickly removed with no damage done).
.
They're Canadians. And they're taking their fucking country back from the smug and tyrannical piece of shit who stole it from them.

The truckers and other protestors are also speaking up against the egregious violations of the Canadian charter of rights which is more or less the equivalent of our constitution.
.
Violations that have been and continue to occur for over two years now.
.
They are speaking out against the segregation of their friends and families and neighbours.
.
The loss of their freedom of choice, freedom of speech, freedom of movement.
.
They are speaking out against the destruction of small businesses and the trauma being inflicted upon their children whose lives have been forever altered by the measures they're taking.
.
They're speaking up for the people who have lost their jobs - including the nurses and doctors who were more than good enough to get us through the first legs of covid, but have since been fired and vilified for non-compliance
.
THAT and so much more is what they're fighting for and against.

If you looked into the subject for more than 0.02 milliseconds you would actually know that you're very much incorrect. You likely still would never admit it, but that's your burden to bear.
.
To everyone else actually interested:
They are not anti-vaccine. I mean, maybe some of them are entirely anti-vaccine of nay kind. It's a huge group, it's possible.
.
They are anti-vaccine mandate. Many of the people involved are vaccinated. I imagine almost all of them have vaccines for things like polio, and many have the covid monthly subscription shots as well.
.
Not all of them consented to having those shots, however. They were forced to get them under duress, have been forced to show proof they have received them every day since, and are being threatened to have it done to them again.

>Fire the nurses and doctors and truckers who risked everything from the start because they aren't science experiments
>Deny the science
>Fake the science
>Deny people access to their loved ones who are sick and dying
>Indoctrinate their children
>be caught repeatedly manipulating the media
>Stalk your citizens, often for the express purpose of punishing them
>Violate the right to protest - repeatedly
>Violate the charter of rights
>Compare them to terrorists
>prevent them from practicing their religions
>Extort the provincial governments
>Use Gestapo tactics to enforce compliance
.
>Call them cowards while you Run and Hide.
.
.
Compress this all into two years and congratulations: you now have the recipe to piss off the Canadians enough to revolt.
.

On a scale of 10 to 1-world-government?

>Take away their freedoms.
>Like to them about it
>Take away more of their freedoms
>Lie some more
>Steal from them
>Take away their bodily autonomy

>unperson them on all social media
>Ask if they should even be tolerated in society

>Call them violent for dancing in Ottawa while calling BLM and rogue native protesters peaceful for burning down cities, derailing trains, and burning down churches

It's weird how hateful the "tolerant" are these days.
.
Anyway, spastic flailing aside, something I always find kind of interesting is people make posts like these, but they never actually seem to touch on WHY a particular religion might be preaching something
.
Half the time, even if you don't follow the religion, you can find practicality woven into the core of a lot of (not all) the rules that may be preached.
.
Doesn't necessarily mean you can't find another way to live, but not necessarily the best choice to discount the reasoning entirely

There's talk of Neil Young almost instantly receiving a deal with another broadcaster. Which seems like pretty convenient timing. He had almost no issues sharing spotify with Joe - and dozens of people who regularly express actual terrible ideas - until this moment?
.
Not saying it's not possible, but will say I'm a skeptic

And I'd say the dead and mentally ill are not valid orientations either. But that aside, if you want to practice your sexual orientation, at this point, unless we're in Palestine, nobody's stopping you from sleeping with any other consenting adult. What you CAN'T do is dictate to a religion that they MUST preach your orientation as good or what have you. You may be able to argue it under the confines of whatever is known about that religion, but bullying any religion into reciting your mantra destroys the religion, it doesn't make you accepted under it.
.
The rest is coming to terms with the fact that - to that religion - your sexual orientation may not be valid. And you either sort out how to practice your faith in spite of that, or you abandon it altogether. If a pastor believes your sexual orientation may be a danger to your soul then it's kind of hard to say they're wrong for warning you if you come to them. But they also don't need to attack anyone for what they're doing either

I've actually not really encountered many pastors who say you can't have sex for pleasure... they just tend to encourage you to do it with one partner, and that partner be someone you're willing to stay with forever. Which is kind of not a terrible goal considering the consequences of sex can be a tiny human being dependant on you for everything, or a disease that could kill you or forever limit who you have sex with in the future etc

Did I miss something? Is this a joke that I missed? I feel like there's got to be some sort of inside joke going on here that I don't understand
.
.
If not, and we're taking this at face value, then this is simple math. Joe Rogan makes spotify money.
He was given a contract with spotify to stream on their platform.
.
And the reason he gets it is because He brings in something like 11 million listeners per episode, many (not all) of whom will be premium members, which puts money back in Spotify's pocket month after month. He is literally one of the biggest podcats/streamers/etc in the world. And he is making them a shit ton of money by the mere fact that he exists there and nowhere else.
.
This isn't rocket science or some kind of big conspiracy or sticking it to the little fella. It's elementary level
.
And, yes, you can leave if you want to, but if you can't even get 350 plays on your music it seems unlikely that spotify is going to notice you're gone.

Idk what's going on with them now, but The payment services have been becoming more and more corrupt.
.
MasterCard already banned people from using them. And on the one hand you can argue "oh it's a private company they can do what they want." But the service they offer has become pretty much fundamental to the function of society. There are so many things you cannot do without access to a credit card service. And the government offers no alternative so people can eventually just end up under "comply or die" situations
.
The truckers are giving me at least some hope that maybe there's still time to BTFO all these corrupt people
