That's pretty freaky. I activated Siri and asked the question, and sure enough, she says opening gates of Hades. So I did my research and looked around, people are giving different answers as to what it means without adding much further proof. Some say it had to do with the holy month of Ramadan. Others say it can be a glitch about some bar in New York that has or hasn't opened yet. And yet, some think it will be the end of the world.

Explanation: in the Chinese lunar calendar, July 27 2014 is the start of the seventh month. The Chinese believe that on this day, the gates to Hades will open and the ghosts of the dead will return to Earth. That's why Siri said it's the Opening Gates of Hades.
