That translation is never used because "shut the fuck up" makes more sense.
Also, "cierra la boca puta" would be translated to "Shut up bitch". And it's missing a comma there (cierra la boca, puta // shut up, bitch)
I learned that there is another saying that translates as 'shut your mouth so the flies don't get in.'
