Technically, cats can't have down syndrome because they only have 19 pairs of chromosomes, when Down Syndrome is caused by an extra chromosome on the 21st pair of a human's chromosomes. So this could possibly be a feline equivalent to Down Syndrome.
But that doesn't change the fact that's he's adorable.
Those are just a gender deformities (Klinefelter Syndrome), if I'm understanding what you're trying to point out. Also, some of those aren't even possible. Like YYY for example.
But I'm not really sure why you brought that up in the first place?
I love this cat so much! But unfortunately, he died of heart failure while vets were trying to do genetic analysis on his condition. May god rest his soul...
its actually just a deformation of munchkin cats since it is a genetic mutations, i know because I have a munchkin cat but mine doesn't have as much as a sad/angry face as tardar sauce (grumpy cat)
But that doesn't change the fact that's he's adorable.
