I mean sure. If you don't mind holding your boobs every time you need to sit down or stand up or walk up/down stairs or need to run somewhere.

It is, because muscles have elasticity, and by wearing bras, we never let it earn "strengh" but.... Remember we also wear bras for other reasons

There have been other studies though that have shown that wearing a bra doesn't let these muscles learn so they are to weak but also not wearing one can damage them or overuse them so it's pretty much the same outcome. Just don't wear a bra all the time basically. Like when you sleep or just around the house don't but do wear one if you are going to be doing things like sport or walking around all day.

As the oldest female on here (I assume so anyway, I'm 41), I can confirm that in my experience, this is true. I wear bras in public only, and rarely wear a bra with a wire or one that is very supportive. As soon as I get home, that thing is off. And just this morning I was looking in the mirror and noticed that I'm way less saggy than I should be. DD btw.

I thought girls already knew this? Which is why we take off our bras and realize the world is a magical place. Plus, boobs sag more because they're used to bras supporting them.

The reason why I wear a bra is not because it supports me or anything its because I feel awkward not wearing one-! i thought that was the main reason people wore one to be completely honest-
