Actually we call it maccy d in London. Not so much whole of uk. Everyone has different ways of saying it but otherwise we just say McDonald's. Lol

I live in Minnesota & the only slang I've heard of McDonald's is "Micky D's"

I'm from texas and have been known(and known other people) to call it mcdiddies but I just can't see how calling it maccas makes a damn bit of sense. I mean the only thing close to it is the "m" where the fuck do you get the "accas"

The Mac is from the 'Mac' Donalds, the s at the end is because Donalds has an s at the end and the a is just because why not
