I've never understood why people do this/are flummoxed by it. Humans are tool using creatures, living in the modern world, utterly surrounded by things that need tools to be worked on. Everyone needs to have tools.
If you don't have tools, get some.
If you don't know how to use them, learn.
True but you can easily glue them all together then cover them in clear tape to make them harder to remover even by cutting, but if you really want to be an ass you could do all of that and have nothing inside the package!
