Why all the hate for football? It' one of the most popular forms of entertainment in the US of course it will get a lot of attention and fans. I know not everyone has the same preferences in entertainment but no need to hate it.
I hate it because people are fanatical to the point of fanatical. I love archery, I love refereeing soccer. I don't fangirl over it, I participate in it, do my best, and get the hell out. Watching football should be the same. It shouldn't be OHMYGOD WHY DID HE DO THAT RAGEFACE.JPG, it should be sitting quietly analyzing what went wrong, what they should have done, then pay the fuck attention to what happens next. Anyways, football has such a short attention span. It's like watching vines interspersed with advertisements and recaps of the vines. Soccer though, long plays. Short downtimes, seconds of downtime to fetch the ball and put it back in play. Football is like LET'S TAKE FIVE MINUTES TO PLAN OUR NEXT MOVE AND SPEW ADVERTISEMENTS AND HAVE THE AUDIENCE WONDER HOW MANY TIMES SQUIRRELS HAVE SEX PER DAY BECAUSE WE CAN'T KEEP PLAYING FOR MORE THAN FIFTEEN SECONDS AT A TIME.
So everyone should sit quietly and calculate and examine the nuances of the game... NO!! That's the coaches job.. This is sports get excited get pumped cheer and enjoy the game the way that makes you happy
About the "Seagulls" I wasn't trying to be rude which is why I was asking first because it was the Seattle Seahawks that played... Once again I wasn't trying to be rude, but was curious.
And in response to the whole post in general I see how some may feel overwhelmed by it and several fans do go a bit overboard, but I am personally a major football fan. Majority of my family and friends are or did play football and has always been a part of my life. I honestly love so much about the sport in general and genuinely enjoy it! I see how some of you may not like it or have a connection to it, but I feel some fans may go overboard because like myself they have personal connections to it even if that isn't an excuse for the excessive stunts they sometimes pull.
Okay! That makes much more sense. Once again I know many people can get offended and wasn't trying to, but it was humorous if it had a reason to it or a joke behind it. :)
Yeah that's fine. Not much offends me. Like I said, to each their own.
It might also be because I'm a mild-moderate introvert and don't really like people all that much either...
Still thinks Pete Carroll should ran the ball.

I can't figure out if you're tying to be funny or being serious?
See my explanation about Seagulls.
