Because the feminist (feminazi) stereotype is of a fat and unattractive old biddy who complains because nobody likes her so she's gonna use her gender to argue about the fact that people don't like her because she's a woman and not because she's a useless complainer.
Btw, the child should always go to the parent who can take better care of them.

Yea I guess so lol. My cousin recently broke up with his longtime girlfriend. They had two kids, one together and one belonging to the girlfriend. After the split my cousin got to keep his kid and the girlfriend kept her kid :'(

"a room with two beds in it"
● referring to an animal or child of unspecified sex.
"she was holding the baby, cradling it and smiling into its face"
● referring to a fact or situation previously mentioned, known, or happening.
"stop it, you're hurting me"
2.
used to identify a person.
"it's me"
Congratulations, "it" can be used. I already knew this. I was just pointing out you called the baby an "it". You know, like it's some kind of animal. See, even I did it.
A lot of mothers don't even breastfeed anymore hickorynut. A father can find easy ways to feed a child, it sure as hell shouldn't affect who wins custody of a child
Finally things are starting to change for the better, I happen to know a guy who had to fight for five years even though the mother was sexually and physically abusing his daughter to get custody and even then he had to sell everything he owned to pay legal fees last I heard he went from living in a three bedroom house to a two bedroom apartment if that isn't a sign of a seriously messed up system nothing is, wake up America get with it!
Is anyone else getting tired of these posts about gender inequality? I understand it's a current hot topic, but damn, I feel like every single day there's a new post about how feminism/feminists are "stupid", etc., etc. Seriously, every time I think I'm having a good time on FS, a gender despute pops up and it makes me sad. Can we just not?
(I know I'll probably get down-voted for this, but what the hell, I've got nothing to lose..)
Meh, I kind of agree with you. Unless they're funny and/or interesting and not just meant to start shit, I really think we can do without them. But then again, people on here are seriously losing the ability to take a joke when it comes to this stuff, so I don't know.
I agree with you guys, because this is a humor site.
But the occasional political piece wouldn't be so bad.
I do not, however, agree with 1j7y3 because the internet is a giant thing where everyone can post whatever they want, and politics are a huge part of our lives so you can't expect to never see it online.
I think this is totally wonderful and I strongly feel that the child should go to the person who has the resources to take care of it better. It should not matter about gender because so many times a father could take care of his child better than a mother. Nevertheless, all of the gender inequalities laws seem to be fixing male inequalities, not women's. I see a lot of people on this website complaining about feminists, and saying that they are fat grumpy and ugly ladies who complain about everything, yet there are still so many unfair advantages given to males. In so many third world countries women are treated more as an object to be owned than a human being. An education is not provided as much to women in these countries and they even require a male to sign off in their divorce papers. I hate when people say that women have the same equality as men, because even though it is a lot better in first world countries, in a lot of places this is still a major problem. Please no hate.

Then instead of complaining on the Internet, why don't you and your feminist buddies go and fix the fucking problem?
In my opinion, a lot of feminists problems are stuff that the government can't fix. They can help with men not getting fucked over in court cases when the other person is a woman, but they can't fix men catcalling you on the street.
Feminists know the government can stop men from catcalling. They want men to have more self control then shouting usually obscene or inappropriate things at women on the streets. They government can't stop it but it doesn't mean men themselves cant.
It's easier to decide something in a court than to make a whole group of people believe something. When segregation was stopped did that make people suddenly not racist ? No. When women got the rights to vote, get jobs, and own property ? No. Just because you want men to stop doing something doesn't mean they will. You have to raise the new generation to be better.
Like a post I see earlier said: " it's easier to raise a child than to fix an adult "
Oh yeah I know and hopefully the feminists will raise their sons and daughters to act towards people better than what their trying to fight. Hopefully everyone will
Biologically yes. Women are more capable. I mean we are built with milk producing glands and we wake up faster to the sound of baby fuzzing or crying because it is proved we are attentive or more susceptible to different decibels than man. So it is a generalization based on biological facts. However, I have met exceptions to the rule.
Um. Not to burst anyone's bubble but a mom has tits. That's food for the baby so yeah. Moms are better equipped to care for a child than a dad is. Fact of nature. mammals, as infants, are cared for by their mother almost exclusively. The male protects the family and brings food, or in some species, the male tries to eat his young
Well, humans don't try to eat their young. So we're safe there. In some the going eat the mother too.
And people give infants formula rather than breast milk sometimes. And if you're saying you don't think a father can be a better caretaker because of the past and lack of tits then you're also saying if the mother dies the child should be put in foster care and no gay males couples could adopt a baby.
Like I said, I was just looking at things from a biological standpoint. Generally speaking, a mother is going to do a better job raising a child than a father, but that should not be taken into account at trial. Every case is unique.
Children only need to be breast fed for so long. After that point it becomes irrelevant. Even if it is before that point, fathers an find other ways to feed their child
Well they make this amazing stuff called formula that can be fed to babies, in the absence of breast milk or a mother so saying the mother should have custody just because of that is kind of outdated, they really need to go by who the more fit parent is, and let's face facts, just as some men are not fit to be parents an equal amount of women aren't fit, I've seen (and was born to) many unfit parents of both genders.
I am a little ignorant on this subject, but how would a male breast feed? Is it a pump mechanism and formula or an actual biological change in physiology due to fatherhood? Last I checked we didn't have that equipment.
