If you really want good, melt the butter ahead of time and add your seasonings to it then pour it on the chicken (if you're making garlic and herb, or other type of chicken)

Isn't the point of grilling chicken to get rid of saturated fat? All butter is is saturated far.

Eh... 'Round these here parts we always use butter... Why would you ever use oil for grilling chicken?

Guess some folks are confused on the definition of the verb 'grill.' hint: requires the use of a grill.
