Old people: "the young generation is so disrespectful!"
Old people: *yell at strangers because they ASSUME they're being disrespectful even though they in reality aren't*
A perfect example are bus rides. It's usually old people who sit next to the aisle and put their bags on the other seat, even when the bus is crowded as hell. The only time I've seen young people do that was when the bus was so empty that they could afford to do it, and even then they always put their bag on their lap and sat next to the window when they saw people getting on the bus. But yeah, we are so disrespectful. We're so disrespectful that I even let old people go before me on the bus, even when I was there first, let doors open for other people etcetera etcetera. But sure, our generation is horrible.
I got yelled at by an old person in church for using my bible app on my phone and asking my mom questions about the sermon. She said it was disrespectful that I was talking and on my phone. She grabbed my arm and made me apologize
Being old isnt a disability, it's the gateway to entitlement, CPP and OAS are bleeding my generation dry while these old fucks enjoy 50 years of retirement. Same assholes who bought a house for $60,000 and sold it for $600,000, who fucked so much the CIA invented AIDS, who paid for their collage education by working part time and walked into a career.
I pray for long, cold winter and superflu's this year.
There are actually very few things that just get under my skin and agitate me. But the thing that frustrates me most is being accused of something I didn't do. This is an excellent example.

my disability isn't visible (brain tumor that makes me fall down a lot) and I get such horrible looks from people who don't know my story.
Uh, no. It is most definitely the older woman's fault for being an ass whether it's warranted or not. Even if she hadn't had a disability, the older woman is still an ass the same as the college girl would be an ass.
And not all disabilities are physical. Obviously if she has a parking sticker she has a handicap, otherwise she wouldn't use it. ( I know some people stll do though )
