Nah, just in Korea. It doesn't seem to carry quite the stigma in Asia. The Buddhist swastika has arms bent in the other direction and you'll see them in neon on top of, or in front of city temples on occasion.
This has nothing to do with Buddha or ancient asian symbols, koreans (as well as thais) find this swastika shizzle sort of kinky and kawaii. They are mostly aware of the Hitler stuff, they just don't give a poop.

Well, some people do. It's also sacred to Hindus, and normally they won't put swastika decorations everywhere like they do with other stuff during festivals because they don't want to bring back bad memories for others
I like them, sometimes a nice quote can really brighten your day

Nice ones, yes, but I have never seen one of those with a good quote. Really only just that stuff you see on tampon boxes. At least, that's my experience
The guest just then the one hat got owned, it said that the comment wasn't funny enough...., I agreed I am so over the inspirational stuff. A little is good, but it has gone to far!
