Apparently this is true. Quick Google search showed several legit science sources covering this phenomenon. However, it's part of a genetic disorder and only affects 1 percent of the population. So it's not really that common, probably about the same as people born with hermaphroditism.
yeah its not 1%. i forget the percent in the region, but theres a region where its pretty high, but that makes sense because in smaller villages people are a bit more related to each other. but its totally not 1% of the population everywhere.
