In California, it's the law that when raining, lights are to be on but not many know that.

Fog, rain, snow, dark all lights should be on! I cannot count the times I've almost flattened some moron because the have no clue how to turn on their lights! Besides the fog can get so think sometimes that visibility can be single digit feet! Those are the idiots that I want to pull out of their vehicles cut up their license and burn their car!

It's sad to know people are stupid enough to not know what to do

I lean toward neutral colored cars--browns, greys--and rural homes--dusty back roads, windy, mountain roads--so I just always turn my headlights on. It doesn't hurt anything and increases the visibility of my vehicle for other drivers.

A lot of newer cars have a built in feature where any time you start the car the fog lights come on making it easier to spot you

From the front only, not the back.

Why the hell would you turn your lights off? No one can fucking see you then!!

If you have good visibility, so do they.

Turning on your lights is such a wierd concept for me. In Norway, and most of Europe, we have the lights on at all times.

Are sure your not thinking of running lights, or do you actually never turn off your headlights?

The headlights are always on.
