The only time I've ever worn makeup was when my school had an event and the theme was Motown
Our class had the Marvelettes
I was told I had to wear makeup for the picture. Worst five minutes of my life.
Omg I feel so bad for you. I guess I repressed the memory of this one time a friend of mine asked me to help her with a photo shoot for her photo class and tried to put mascara and eyeliner on me, but my eyelashes are too long and thick for that stuff so basically it didn't work and I had weird smudges around my eyes the whole day and it wouldn't come off and I wanted to die
The only makeup I've ever had to wear was for dance competitions *shudders* or a little for my cosplay. That's it, really. The only makeup I can tolerate is eyeliner, but that's just my emo side talking.
I've worn it only twice in my life, on very special occasions, that being my aun't wedding and my best friend's prom. Otherwise I don't wear it. It's not worth it, and I look like shit anyways.
I wear it when I want or to events. Like convetions and stuff. I use to do my hair/makeup any time I went out the house and got sick of it.

I only wear it for special occasions because it's not worth the effort for me everyday. Everytime I wear it, I worry about my face the whole time but I don't worry about what my face looks like otherwise.
I wear make up everyday because I want and I can. I don't harm anybody and it's my face. I do it for myself, not to impress anybody. I am fed up of people trying to shame women because of this. Girls, don't let anybody make you feel bad because you wear "too much" make up, I'm pretty sure you look gorgeous with or with out it.

I leave the house wearing makeup every day. It's part of my routine, I like putting it on, and my products have SPF I wouldn't usually have on otherwise. I look nice with or without it, and I wear it because I want to and it's fun to put on. And I will continue wearing it until it's not fun to put on, which will probably be never.
There are days when I wake up and look in the mirror and say "Hey, not too bad this morning and continue with my day; other days I can't get the foundation on quick enough... ;o)
People deserve respect based on their actions, their behaviour, not their looks. Saying a girl with no makeup should be respected more than a girl wearing makeup is idiotic.
ps: you obviously never tried to put eyeliner on. now, that's a skill that deserves some respect.
Omg yes. So many of them do that! I'm not saying all guys do it or anything but so many of my male friends say how much they dislike girls with makeup and then go after chicks with really obvious makeup. Like, if they went after chicks who use "natural" makeup (which basically means spending twice the time and effort in order to look like you haven't spent any at all, so it's just a very pretty deception) I'd understand that they're not able to distinguish natural makeup from actual natural look, but when they start dating a girl who looks like she buries her face in ash and foundation powder every morning, I am just confused.
