It made sense in theory but once people started calculating the projections of age of workforce etc it didn't bode quite so well... At least from what I've read in my population classes
Most families in rural areas were allowed two kids anyway, and many families actually had a second child that was just not legally recognised- known as a heihaizi. There are actually an estimated eight million unregistered people in China
Well, a lot of the time, male rape victims are laughed at and told, "How the hell could she do that? You are 5 inches bigger than her" but in reality, there are many ways it is possible and the laughing is more painful than the actual act itself.
That's nice, but rape is rape, so it should have been covered already, unless the previous law specifically mentions women. Besides, unless people think about it differently, it won't help much. Male rape is a crime here too, and victims are still ridiculed.
I'm not exactly sure it's still considered "rape" per say. But in the animal kingdom, the either the dominant male may have sex with whoever he wants or the non-dominant male makes a quick one with one of the girls behind the dominant's back so im sure there are multiple times where it is considered rape.
