It's a rock. Rocks survive. Whether it can be still used as an arrowhead is something else entirely.

That is an arrow head, although it may be a reproduction which is a common tourist trap item.

It's just some compressed shale mixed with zinc pyrite that had fractured into an isosceletic triangulate. ;-)

Arrowheads are no bigger than your thumbnail. Anything larger is a spear head.

That might be a rule of thumb for making "traditional" points, but I've seen 1-1/4 inch broadheads.
