Why I prefer the colder months

And yet, even if ur naked ur still boiling

My dad says this all the time

But with heat you get a tan, and get to do outside stuff like hiking or going to the beach... And shorts, those are important

I never understood this argument, at least for where I live. It never gets so hot that you could die, but it definitely gets cold enough to kill you. I would much rather be hot, and possibly uncomfortable, then suffer from the painful feeling of freezing.

Yeah, you could wear a really nice outfit with as many layers you want, but with hot weather, you're stuck with single layer loose clothing.

I always thought this too until I was placed in a situation that changed my outlook. It's not always possible to add layers and when you have limited clothing options the heat is preferred. Trust me it's much better to be hot and unable to remove clothing than cold and unable to add clothing.

Then just get in a pool or lake or river, take a cold shower, stand in front of an A.C, buy a kiddie pool. I prefer hotter weather because I feel like that's when all the fun happens.

Omg! I've said this so often in my life, its so true! :D not to mention how much more cozy the cold is, have you ever tried cuddling in +30c???

I will always choose heat.
