Yes and spine problems...similar to what dachshunds experience. No support for a long stretch of spine. Some fanciers refuse to recognise as a "breed" because propagation is seen as being cruel...I have to say I agree.
They look so cute! But at the same time I feel kinda sad for them. Can they still "Cat Ninja" around the place? It looks like the poor things wouldn't be able to jump very far, if at all!
I think that's part of the reason they became popular as they couldn't jump up onto furniture, I'm generally uncomfortable with cat and dog breeds that have been influenced so much by human selection for aesthetic or 'irrelevant' reasons.
I'm sorry, but letting an animal become morbidly obese is just as bad as starving it. Preparing for downvotes because 'don't pick on peoples choices' but an animal that is fat has an enormous strain on its' body and is prone to a lot more diseases and decreases in quality of life, just like people are. Just telling the truth *ducks under cover for hate*
WHERE CAN I FIND ONE OF THESE MAJESTIC CREATURES TO RIDE INTO THE SUNSET WITH?
