He's Canadian (so I assume) and they're stereotyped for everything being maple syrup scented, being too kind, and covered in snow. Personally what I've seen of Canada, it's beautiful!!

West coast of BC is crazy beautiful, I couldn't imagine living more than 20 minutes from the ocean.

I don't mean to be rude but I don't know what you're talking aboot? The snow is only minimal here. Aboot 6 feet a year, eh? That's noothin. Not everything is maple syrup scented. Only my house, my food, my urine and my dog.
