Lmao this is so not true, I saw images of it and it's about the same size as a bald eagle. I seriously doubt it attacks kangaroos and parachute people.
i can honestly say i cannot confirm the size of the bald eagle as i've never see on one in person, the wedge tail however, i can say i saw one on the road and it appeared to be standing nearly 4'6" feet tall
The American Bald is definitely not as small as a seagull. Furthermore, ALL birds have four photoreceptors in their eyes, which lend sensitivity in the near-IR and near-UV (Passerine birds also send signals with their feather coloration that are only perceptible by UV receptors). This translates to maximum acuity in low-light conditions, or in sensing polarized light or magnetic fields. Both of these eagles have a similar number of receptors per square millimeter, and this is a dumb transcription of politics on bird species!
