Okay I've worked for bb&b for 3 years now, and that shit about returning anything even if it's not from our company, is shit. Posts like this is why I get shitty ass costumers.
Panera doesn't microwave their soups. The package they get their soup in is too large to fit in the microwave. It is heated up in a monitored vat filled with hot water. The pastries are also baked fresh overnight, and are ready at 5:30am.
Tell me whatever because I want to know everything!

xD Um... the chocolate hardened dip is filled with this weird oily stuff. The majority of things are pre-made (only in Grill, everything in Chill is made when it's ordered). At least for my area, the burgers are cooked in the morning, and in the middle of the day when we run out of them. The bags are put under a heat lamp so it makes everything seem warm and "fresh". The Cotton Candy Blizzards are made with these delicious cotton candy hard pieces, but with a gooey, kinda gross waxy stuff similar to the chocolate and cherry coating.
(Hah I got my schedule wrong, I have, like, an hour till I go, YAY). But, anywho, I already said that if there's something you want to know, just ask. I can't exactly give very good information if it's just "off the fly", because I don't know what people want to know, so I have to think of random things that someone might be interested in.

Oh, here's something: If you want something for free (it has to be something small), just ask how much it is. This generally only works at Drive Thru, though, after you've paid. Unless you have a hardass as cashier, just ask how much it'd be for, say, I dunno, a plain cone (no ice cream), and they'll generally just give it to you. If you ask for one for free, they'll charge you.
THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS
