Congress can expand upon Supreme Court decisions in such a way that it effectively neutralizes the Courts ruling, or the states can call a Constitutional Congress and change the constitution. Otherwise, you are correct.
Actually, the Supreme Court doesn't have the right to make a law in the first place. They can't make things legal or illegal. They can only judge people according to the laws that exist.
Not quite how that works. Everybody gets high taxes so poor people get less poor, and in turn, get higher taxes. It redistributes the wealth. I think Bernie fails to explain his point properly.
