if you watch movies set in the future, or even star trek, they use kelvins, which is similar to Celsius, but also use metric, metres, kilometres and such, as they know that eventually it'll change

It actually makes sense, as Kelvin is the official scientific unit for temperature, and the metric system is used in science too. It's called the International System of Units, and in this system, every possible unit of measurement can be derived quite directly from seven base units, including the kelvin, the metre and the kilogram.

I personally don't see a problem with it either, but at the same time I see that it's just about respect.

cause they get spammed by lots of people if there names are revealed, normally if you see a name, the account is closed later
